  Manager is not professional what so ever, couldn't get one of his employees to go change out the Dr. Pepper tank so decides to do one of two things gives everyone who orders Dr. Pepper carbonated water or tells them order something else. I had to go back inside after this. Manager decides to scream to tell his employees "tell everyone we got no Dr Pepper and just send the customer away, we got no time to swap out the tanks", he did this not realizing I was standing at the counter. This happened after one the employees complained that she had to go swap it out because she had so many things to do. She also got my order wrong, that's after repeating it twice and still got it wrong. Also other things I saw while standing for a few minutes at the counter. The manager was putting in food in bags to help out. Anything he dropped on the floor he just kicked under the stove or counters, he would fill the fries and just threw them into the bag. He told the Counter Cashier to help out with the Drive Threw orders, him of course disregarding that she was helping out a big family plus two more customers that just walked in. Though the cashier was pretty responsive and got everything done , but he just can't manage his team right from the looks of it.
