  We used to love this place, even though it's always been a bit sketchy. We love Chinese and order it probably more than we care to admit.
  
  Several times we've had staples in our food. Stuff happens, whatever. They were on top and I just picked them out.
  
  They very rarely give steamed rice when requested in place of fried rice. I have a child with multiple food allergies and steamed rice is all I trust.
  
  They have forgotten sweet and sour sauce with the chicken several times.
  
  One time they just never showed up. I called at an hour and a half after placing my order and was told it was on the way. I called at two hours after ordering and the person who answered the phone sat the phone down for about 15 seconds and then told me he called the driver and our food was on the way. (Not to accuse, but I'm pretty sure that was a lie.) At two and a half hours after ordering I just called and told them to cancel the order.
  
  The food is good but we won't be ordering again.

  Food wasn't bad but we called after waiting an hour for our food and the girl who answered couldn't remember/articulate the restaurants name. I described the order and she "believed it had been sent back just now." An hour after being put in mind you, and that it would take another 30-45 minutes to arrive. The two employees I've had phone conversations with sounded high and like they had no idea where they were working. Decent food but not worth the B.S.
