  The drive thru cashier on 10/30/2016 around 3:20 rushed giving me my total without confirming if I was done. His tone was like he didn't care. This establishment needs to have a course on proper customer service.

  I am typing this as I sit at the drive through speaker, waiting for it 5o be answered. It has been 14 minutes do far, I can't leave the lane, and my order has yet to be taken. 3 cars at the other lane have had their order taken.

  I'm not a big fan of fast food, but since we were nearby this weekend, we stopped in to grab something to eat. The kids ordered, then I asked for a salad. No. I asked for a wrap. No. Salad is out, so no wraps as well. I did not want to hold up the line, paid for the kids and got their food. When the line was down again, I went back to get an order of 6 piece chicken nuggets. No again. The lady said, she could not give me 6, but I could get 4. I asked how come, since Burger King usually offers that and she simply said "Well I can't". She told me to go ahead and order a kids meal (?!?! I'm an adult asking for 6 piece, not for a kids menu!!!), so I could get a 6 piece but I told her I do NOT want fries and I do NOT want a drink. Simply 6 chicken nuggets. She refused to sell me what I wanted, so we left without getting anything else. THIS BURGER KIND DEF. SUCKS!!!
